Illeszkedés

Mindenki a saját értékrendje alapján dönti el, hogy szerinte egy foghíjbeépítés – első sorban a kortárs példák – illeszkednek-e a körülötte lévő házakhoz, vagy sem. De vajon megfogalmazható-e olyan általános elv, ami alapján kimondható, hogy egy adott ház nem illeszkedik a környezetéhez? Az illeszkedés tényleg a párkánymagasságoknál kezdődik? Vagy amelyik házon nincsenek is hagyományos homlokzati tagolások, az már nem is illeszkedik? És elég-e az, ha egy foghíjbeépítés csak homlokzatában illeszkedik? Ki foglalkozik a tömeggel?
Ezeket a kérdéseket segítenek megválaszolni az ebben a fülben felhozott európai példák.

It is quite a subjective question if an infill fits its environment or not. When does a contemporary building fits the classical surroundings? Is there any aesthetic rule for this kind of harmony? Is it related to the roof-line or to the rhythm of the openings? Is it a matter of facade or of volumes? Does all this count at all? Some of the best infills from Europe try to answer these questions.

A bkk-2 tervei alapján 1996-ban épült a Sargfabrik lakóegyüttes a volt koporsógyár helyén, annak tipológiáját megtartva.
A Miss Sargfabrik 2000-re lett kész az időközben bkk-3 néven továbbélő iroda terveiből.

Bkk-3 designed residential block Sargfabrik in 1996 in the place of the old cascet-factory, refering to its typology.
The building of Miss Sargfabrik was finished in 2000 according to the plans of the same office, which name meanwhile changed to bkk-3.
